Conditionally display reference output

We should add a --show-reference-output command line flag to the bash script. When passed, the genericTester.scm file should output both the student output and the reference output.

For some tests, this flag would enable students to hard-code solutions. For randomized tests, this flag will be extremely helpful without the possibility for hard-coding the solution.
