write hardware sensor data to file

We want to be able to store the following hardware sensor data to a file for later review:

• IMU linear acceleration measurements
• IMU absolute quaternion estimate
• Engine gimbal orientation

Ideally, we'll have the above data stored for every time step throughout the flight.
