write state vector to file

We want to be able to store the state vector throughout the flight on an SD card for later review.

The state vector includes the following information:

• time: t
• mass: m
• position vector: rx, ry, rz
• velocity vector: vx, vy, vz
• attitude quaternion: qw, qx, qy, qz
