As of pvfs release 2.6.0, the name of the package has been changed from
'pvfs2' to 'pvfs' (removed the '2'). The release version now carries the
'2', and the major and minor version numbers remain semantically the same
as before. The sequence of releases looks like this:
pvfs2 1.5.0
pvfs2 1.5.1
pvfs 2.6.0
pvfs 2.x.x
...
