I added in a checkbox into the order form that accepts this. @arc12012 will have to generate an email through the order form based on this input. I will merge my changes later.

Placed on master. Email notification needs to be made based on if urgent = 1 in orderFormHandler.jsp

Also, I need to add in the expedite value into the database/ticket page

Currently the only one who gets emails is Adam. This should be updated to Jake / other admins!
