This project is the second homework assignment of CSE 4102. It is an environment that can be used to perform the functions listed below.

Functions env_new -This function creates an empty environment.- env_lookup -This function will return the int value of the supplied string name of the variable in the given environment, raising the NameNotBound exception if the name is not found.- env_bind -This function will bind the given name and value in the given environment and returns the new environment.-
