Parallel MCMC On GPU

This project compares the performance of MCMC on a single threaded CPU, and a multicore, multithreaded GPU (using CUDA).

How to compile

cd ./sequential
g++ -std=c++11 gibbs_metropolis.cpp -o gibbs_metropolis
