About Me

Name: Hashir Ahmed

Major(s) and/or Minor(s): Data Science

Fun Fact: I like cars, a lot... Like more than you would think.

Previous Data Science Experience: I have some experince with topics listed in syllubus such as Seaborn, Matplotlib, Git/GitHub, and teensy bit of AWS.

At times we incorrectly equate correlation with causation based on incomplete data or lack of understanding sensitive dependencies between data sets"

My Interpretation A prevalent issue occurring in the field of data science is the misinterpretation and overlooking of data... this is leading to many confusions and side effects in the "real-world". Ex: Just because car sales and shark attacks both increase during the summer, it doesn't buying cars causes more shark attacks.
