Then you're asked to keep displacement < 0.2 mm or < 0.2 e-3, you kept it to under 0.2 m or 200 mm.

in part 2, you're asked to predict the price of steel and Al, but your prediction does not seem reliable. Its ok to state that the model can't be extrapolated, but I didn't see any discussion of the cost. This Q was meant to test your intuition on trusting a best-fit model.
