Determine how to load and save a fully trained model using the keras module of the tensorflow library

Things to consider:

What information is necessary to take the model file and restore.
What methods are used in the restoration process
What information can be algorithmically pulled from the saving of a model. Does all configuration information need to be provided by the user?
