How to import the java.ulti package

the code right now is a complete delaunay triangulation code but, processing could not compile it because it could not get access to the java.ulti package. This package is quite important because it contains the stack class which is very useful for the edge flipping

by complete I mean only for doing a delaunay triangulation but the visualization is not complete.
