Cannot answer or edit questions

Current product only allows one to add questions and descriptions via form input. Ultimately, the goal is to create a functional faq page, which means you have to be able to answer and approve questions.

Steps to take:

• add an answer button to each question field so that when you click the description there is also a button
• connect the button to a modal pop up that can add an answer to the accordion
• debug
