Implement a Chat Function

There is currently no place to discuss homework, projects, problems, etc. with the teacher or other students (outside of the question form).
We must:

• Allow users to send messages that will be displayed on the site

• Store these messages so they are visible anytime someone views the site

• Authenticate that a user is logged in before displaying these messages

(details for how to accomplish this are in the Firebase tutorial)
