Best-fit model for first-order thermal system

Determine the time constant, tau, based upon the first-order thermal system function:

T(t) = Tinfty+ (Tinitial-Tinfty) exp(Lt)

An example data set is given in the "water-temp.csv" file. Determine the initial temperature, the final temperature, and time constant, -1/L.
