update links in README

After the move to the nmslib organization, certain links were pointing to pages
that 404'ed (for instance https://travis-ci.org/searchivarius/nmslib and
https://searchivarius.github.io/nmslib/).

This updates the README to point to the correct location here. Note that I left
the appveyor link alone, since https://ci.appveyor.com/project/searchivarius/nmslib
seems to work and https://ci.appveyor.com/project/nmslib/nmslib doesn't yet.
