  1. Removed "View Concentrations" link (and hidden modal dialog) if value is empty
    – also added href="#" to make link clickable on mobile and keep cursor as a pointer
  2. Added email to custom fields in wp backend, and to display under phone on front end, will open mail client on click
  3. Made block's title link and "Department Website" link open to new tab with target="_blank"
