If this is your first time trying to run this on your local machine:

Clone the url
git clone https://github.uconn.edu/robingould/SDP_Smart_Cities.git -
Make sure you are in the right directory
cd SDP_Smart_Cities -
Install npm modules
npm install -
Run the local npm server
npm run dev -
In your browser, go to the following url to see the site
http://localhost:3000
