LFastqC - Fastq files compressor
Requirements:
- 64 bit Linux system and 8 GB of RAM.
To compress:
python compress.py fastq_file.fastq
Output:
fastq_file.LFastqC
To decompress:
python decompress.py fastq_file.LFastqC
Output:
fastq_file_fastq
MFCompress and Lpaq8
We provide a precompiled version of both compressors for 64 bit systems, no further action needed.
